Letos vás čeká několik zajímavých novinek. První z nich je, že se agenda programu Copernicus v ČR přeunula na Český hydrometeorologický ústav. Dále se oproti předchozím ročníkům můžete těšit na pestré přednášky zaměřené na Dálkový průzkum Země v Česku, které nebudou zaměřeny pouze na data programu Copernicus. Konference se bude konat v krásně zrekonstruovaných prostorách Fantovy budovy na hlavním nádraží v Praze.

První den konference se můžete těšit na přednášky z oblasti dálkového průzkumu Země a programu Copernicus od zástupců státní sféry, univerzit i soukromých sektorů. Tyto prezentace Vám nabídnou pohled na aktuální trendy, výzkumy a praktické aplikace. Večer pak proběhne společenský večer v prostorách Fantovy budovy, kde budete mít možnost neformálně se setkat s ostatními účastníky, navázat nové kontakty a diskutovat nad zajímavými tématy.

Druhý den konference pro Vás máme připravený zahraniční půldenní workshop organizovaný Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS). Workshop začne všeobecným představením služeb CAMS a postupně se zaměří na pokročilé uživatelské diskuze. Tento workshop je navržen tak, aby byl vhodný pro všechny účastníky, bez ohledu na jejich předchozí zkušenosti, a poskytl jim cenné znalosti a dovednosti.

This year brings several interesting novelties. The first of them is that from the new year onwards, the Copernicus program has become part of the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute. Furthermore, compared to previous years, you can look forward to a diverse range of lectures focused on Earth Observation in the Czech Republic, not limited solely to Copernicus data. The conference will take place in the beautifully renovated spaces of the Fanta’s building at the main train station in Prague.

On the first day of the conference, you can expect lectures on Earth Observation and the Copernicus program from representatives of government, universities, and private sectors. These presentations will offer insights into current trends, research, and practical applications. In the evening, there will be a social event at the Fantova building where you will have the opportunity to meet informally with other participants, establish new contacts, and discuss interesting topics.

On the second day of the conference, we have prepared a half-day international workshop organized by the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS). The workshop will begin with an overview of CAMS services and then move on to advanced user discussions. This workshop is designed to be suitable for all participants, regardless of their previous experience, and aims to provide valuable knowledge and skills.
